ARTIST
Davide Maria Seme (1986), has been working on canvas and walls since 2003. He approached the hip-hop culture of his territory, where he grew and learnt many techniques. He took part in various jams, initially with a murata 3d style with other writers, and then he developed the stencil technique. From the world of hip hop to the Academy of Fine Art in Catania, to the discovery of the universe of the classical myths. These are his latest works on cardboard with street pop influence.
In his works he applies a lot of contemporary and political themes with his thoughts about the modern society. His works contain questions and points of view about our contemporaneity. His favourite techniques are stencil and spray art applied on urban supports such as road signs, food, cardboard and stone.
